Meals at Tranquilo Bay are included with your stay. Breakfast offerings may include a continental buffet, your choice of eggs and a special breakfast item each day. Lunch will be packed for those guests whose excursions take them away from the lodge. For those on site, lunch is a typical Panamanian dish, soup, salad or sandwich and homemade cookies. Appetizers are provided during the cocktail hour preceding dinner. Dinners vary based upon the local ingredients available; however you should expect three or four delicious courses. Each night we end with a little something sweet to close the day.

Fresh-squeezed juices, refreshing rainwater, sodas, Panamanian coffee, a selection of teas, Panamanian beer, house South American wine, and Panamanian rum are included with your stay. We stock a number of spirits in the bar. The staff make a mean sun drop margarita, frothy pina colada, and a number of other delicious drinks upon request. We send rainwater in reusable stainless steel water bottles with each of our excursions as well as a selection of sodas and beers.
